Moringa is an superb source of Oleic acid and Amino acids that help to keep your skin and hair moisturised. Moringa is also a key ingredient in protecting your skin and hair from moisture loss through a process called Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL). When TEWL is controlled the skin and hair become more radiant and hydrated.

Moringa oleifera, also known as drumstick tree, the miracle tree, horseradish tree, and sometimes the tree of life, is a plant that is native to India but is also grown in Africa, Latin America, and Asia.

Moringa is high is vitamin C, an integral component if the production of collagen within the skin. It is the collagen that gives your skin its firmness and elasticity. As we age, our collagen production slows, resulting in a loss of elasticity, firmness and consequently the development of wrinkles on our skin. Research has shown that when Moringa is used regularly for a period of 2-3 months (the time it takes for mature skin to replace itself) there is an increase in collagen production and a greater elasticity and firmness in the skin.

The powder of the Moringa is also able to help with the balancing of sebum production in the skin and therefore can be beneficial in cases of acne, psoriasis, redness and eczema through its antioxative effects.

This is a wonderful ingredient and we have created a moringa face mask to help rebalance and smooth the face. When used weekly this helps the skin to remain soft and smooth. NOTE - Moringa Powder does have a bit of an unusual smell that takes a little acclimatising to; however, the benefits of this amazing product are worth the slight inconvenience of the aroma it generates. We have combined the beautiful benefits of high quality White Kaolin Clay with our Moringa Powder to form this gorgeous face mask.

We do not add any esential oils to our face mask so it is able to be used by all skin types.

White Kaolin Clay aids in minimising- blemishes, clogged pores. the look of redness and irritation. All of these actions are beneficial in improving the overall appearance of skin tone.
